Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Rene Roussimoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Davis might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Disturbed-Indestructible. The key to victory for John Davis has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Columbo Gatti and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roussimoff looks to land a right hand but Davis moved out of range.
Davis throws a nice looking combination but Roussimoff bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Davis scores with a hook.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Davis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch lands to the side of Davis 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like John Davis has been cut.
Roussimoff tries to clinch but Davis moves out of range.
Nice combo by Davis! Oh, that's hurt him - Roussimoff falls to the canvas and Davis follows him into side control.

Davis gets to mount! Roussimoff was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roussimoff can do anything to dispel that myth.

Davis's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Davis throws a left that rocks Roussimoff and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Davis dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Roussimoff regain composure!

Roussimoff is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Davis has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Roussimoff seems to have recovered his senses.
Davis wants to lay and pray for a moment but Roussimoff keeps working.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Roussimoff tries to reverse the position but Davis maintains control.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Davis lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Roussimoff has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Roussimoff and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Davis misses with a few strikes there.
Roussimoff takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Davis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Davis uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Roussimoff.
Davis throws a series of punches but Roussimoff moves out of range.

The fighters circling - Roussimoff throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Roussimoff ducks straight into an uppercut from Davis and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Roussimoff maanges to regain guard straight away.
Davis is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Roussimoff can do to turn this around?

Davis drops his shoulder and cracks Roussimoff with a huge uppercut! Roussimoff goes down! Can Davis finish him?

Davis ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Davis Rushes Roussimoff and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Roussimoff is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Davis Piles on the pressure and Roussimoff crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
