Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watts throws a sloppy head kick and Conners moves out of range easily.
Conners tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Conners shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Watts can't keep his opponent in guard - Conners advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Conners is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Conners has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Watts tries to get to full guard but Conners has control of the leg.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Conners has control of Watts's left arm, preventing Watts from doing any damage.
Conners has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
