PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bret Sane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Avan Strash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sane comes into the arena with Domination blaring out of the sound system. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bret Sane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Avan Strash!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strash scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Avan Strash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sane on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Strash lands a left and a right that send Sane crashing to the mat, dazed. Strash thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Bret Sane has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Strash lands a jab to Sane's midsection.
Strash will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Strash cracks Sane with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sane shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Strash as he avoids it easily.
Strash lands a slapping body shot.
Strash shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Sane eats them both and turns towards Strash to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
No joy there for Sane, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sane drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Sane takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Sane is rocked!

Strash sends Sane crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Strash is motioning to the referee to let Sane up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Oh Sane is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sane looks up at the clock. Bad move! Strash lands a right hand from hell, dropping Sane. Strash pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
