Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Beau Brady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Helm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brady's entrance music is Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya. A fine choice. Helm has chosen yellow ledbetter as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brady swings for the body but Helm moves out of range.
Brady misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Beau Brady seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A clash of legs there as Helm blocks the low kick.
Helm fails with a takedown attempt.
Brady fails to land with a series of punches.
Helm tries to clinch but Brady is having none of it.
Helm fails with a takedown attempt.
Helm pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Brady throws a push kick but Helm slaps the foot to one side.
Helm wants to clinch up but Brady keeps it at a distance.
Brady pushes Helm away with a front kick.

Brady tries to bum rush Helm with a series of wild strikes but Helm uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

It looks like Beau Brady has been cut.
Helm fails in his attempt to clinch.
Helm will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Beau Brady has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Helm.

Helm fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Brady avoids it really well and circles away.
Brady throws a head kick but Helm moves out of range.

Brady throws a right hand that Helm ducks under and follows up with a left that Helm also avoids with ease.
Brady swats away the attempt to clinch by Helm.
Helm moves in looking to clinch but Brady pushes him off.
Brady throws a right and a left that Helm avoids nicely.
Helm wants to clinch up but Brady keeps it at a distance.

and Helm moves into the clinch.
Brady has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Helm after a bit of a struggle.
Helm wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Helm is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Brady can't fight it off and eventually Helm manages to take the fight to the floor. Brady looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Brady wants to get back to his feet but Helm is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Brady throws a sloppy head kick and Helm moves out of range easily.
Brady gets off balance looking for a body kick

and Helm counters with a nice double leg into side control. Brady won't be happy with that.

Helm is trying to get an arm triangle but Brady is defending well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Helm in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Brady is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
