The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigues throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Pinto moves out of range of the strikes.
Pinto's jab looks to have found its range, popping Rodrigues under the eye.
Rodrigues scores with a hook to the body. Pinto takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

A telegraphed right hand from Rodrigues misses the target.

Nice uppercut lands for Rodrigues. That snapped Pinto's head back.
Pinto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rodrigues sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pinto somewhat.
Fabricio Rodrigues has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Pinto.

This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Pinto was out before he hit the floor!

A very excited looking Fabricio Rodrigues rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
