Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mar Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esten Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flores has chosen not afraid as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams fails with a takedown attempt.
Flores leaves Adams with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Adams clinches.

Adams breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Flores's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Flores duly obliges.

It looks like Mar Adams has been cut.

Flores takes the fight into the clinch.

Flores breaks from the clinch.

Flores gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Adams to score an easy takedown into full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Adams trying to control the position from guard on top but Flores is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Adams decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Flores, up you get!

Flores clinches.

Adams breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Adams clinches up against the cage.

Flores successfully pulls guard.

Adams stands and steps away. Flores gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Adams tries to keep at a distance but Flores has taken the fight into the clinch.

Flores lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Adams is looking to improve his position.
Adams is not content to let Flores control the position.
Adams gets back to full guard.
Flores really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Adams. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Adams wants to sweep here but Flores controlling him for the moment.
Flores wants to control from the top but Adams keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Adams is controlling Flores's posture.
Flores trying to control but Adams is working from the bottom.

Esten Flores has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Flores throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Adams blocks it with crossed arms.

Flores jumps guard and drags Adams to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Flores tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Adams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Adams gets to his feet - Flores follows without any prompting.

Adams closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Flores quickly recovers to half guard.
Flores trying to hold on to Adams's head to control him but Adams postures up.
Flores wants to get back to full guard.
Flores looks gassed!
Adams wants to lay and pray for a moment but Flores keeps working.
Adams passes to full mount!
Adams wants to take Flores's back here but Flores is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

Flores tries to hold on but Adams postures up.
