Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mad Child (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trulove Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trulove Sackett told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sackett cracks Child with a big right hand and Child goes down!

Child is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Child wants to stand up but Sackett is controlling him.
Oh Child is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sackett working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Sackett must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Child avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Sackett wants to pass the guard but Child is keeping the position.
Child is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Sackett trying to control but Child is working from the bottom.
Child seems to have got his legs back now.
Sackett won't allow Child to get back to his feet.
Sackett stays in close to Child's body and controls the position.

We're going to have a standup here because Mad Child wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Child misses with a double jab.
Child takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

A solid body kick from Sackett.
Sackett feints and then cracks Child's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Child down.
Sackett connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Child is breathing heavily.
Sackett fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Child to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Child looks to clinch but Sackett throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Child taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
