Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Matheus Malinowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boston Terrier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Malinowski might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Offspring-Pretty Fly (For a White Guy). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Matheus Malinowski has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malinowski fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Terrier.
Malinowski throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Terrier.
Terrier should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Malinowski scores with a head kick.
Malinowski cracks the inside of Terrier's front leg.
Terrier looks gassed!
Malinowski moves into the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Malinowski lands a knee to the body.
Terrier wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Malinowski breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Terrier wanted to stand there but Malinowski had control of the position.
Malinowski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Terrier doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Malinowski is tightening it up a little... Terrier has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Terrier reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Terrier taps out! Nice BJJ there by Malinowski!

A relieved looking Matheus Malinowski thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
