Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mustasch - Double Nature. Andrew Roberts looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roberts digs a good hook to Smith's body.
Roberts could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Roberts lands a jab to the head.

Smith clinches with his opponent.

Smith breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Roberts throws a looping overhand right but Smith ducks down to avoid it.
Smith avoids the head kick by Roberts.
Smith moves out of range of the body kick from Roberts.
Roberts misses with a double jab.
Roberts throws the kick towards the body but Smith avoids it.
Roberts throws a body kick that misses.
Roberts throws a series of punches but Smith moves out of range.
Roberts misses with a wild body shot.
Roberts ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Smith moves away.

A left and a right from Roberts both land. Nice combination.
Smith has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Roberts is breathing heavily.
Smith shoots for a takedown but Roberts saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Roberts misses with a head kick.
Andrew Roberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Smith scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Roberts has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Smith is working away from the top position though.

Smith decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Smith moves into the clinch successfully.
A left hand lands to the body for Smith.

Roberts gets underhooks to prevent Smith's takedown attempt.
Smith lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Smith breaks from the clinch.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Smith.
Roberts throws a lazy right hand but Smith sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Smith feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Roberts throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Roberts has his feet on Smith's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Smith takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Smith walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Smith takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Roberts misses with a two punch combination.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Roberts finish him?
Roberts lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Roberts throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Smith colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Roberts as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Smith is left battered and dazed whilst Roberts and his camp cheer!
