Stubb kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Paper Scratcher. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kyle changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stubb looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Kyle thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Kyle tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Kyle goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Stubb rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Kyle's guard! Nice work there by Stubb!
Stubb stands and throws Kyle's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Kyle tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kyle is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Kyle is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Stubb off and has taken his back!
