Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Severi Suhonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Guns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Suhonen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lentävä Kalakukko. Severi Suhonen could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Leroy Guns's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Valeri Chadov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guns throws a jab when Suhonen was well out of range.
A combination from Guns does no damage.
Guns swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Suhonen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Suhonen lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Suhonen throws a sloppy head kick and Guns moves out of range easily.
Severi Suhonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Guns misses with a straight right.
Guns throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Suhonen misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Guns counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Suhonen lands an overhand right.
Guns throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Suhonen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Suhonen lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Guns moves out of range as Suhonen throws a body kick.
Guns waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Suhonen.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Suhonen catches Guns with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Suhonen lands a nice shot that snaps Guns's head back.
Guns is rocked!
Suhonen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Guns is still on wobbly legs! Can Suhonen finish him?
Suhonen closes the distance and clinches.
Guns seems to have recovered his senses.
Guns is trying to push Suhonen away but Suhonen has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Guns is trying to break free.
Guns wants to break free but Suhonen has control.
Guns wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Suhonen pulls guard effortlessly.
Guns looking to pass the guard.
Guns decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Suhonen, up you get!
Suhonen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Guns.
Guns ducks under a wild hook from Suhonen.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Guns takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Nice jab there from Guns.
Suhonen throws a head kick that misses.
Guns is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Suhonen throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Guns takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Suhonen feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gunss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Guns throws the left hand but Suhonen avoids the punch easily.
Suhonen and Guns are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Suhonen throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Guns into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Suhonen knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Severi Suhonen!
Severi Suhonen was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
