Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mamed Khalidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Mckinly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mamed Khalidov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mamed Khalidov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalidov with a lazy takedown attempt

and Mckinly counters with a single leg into guard. Khalidov didn't expect that.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Khalidov wants to get back to his feet but Mckinly is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mckinly lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Mckinly content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Khalidov has locked up a guillotine! Khalidov's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Mckinly is holding on here and Khalidov must be using up a lot of energy. Mckinly has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Khalidov gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
