Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blayne Hawke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Binky Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hawke comes to the cage accompanied by Send the Pain Below. Barnes has chosen Burn This City as his entrance music. Blayne Hawke is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawke dodges the punch combination from Barnes.
Hawke loads up on a big right hand but Barnes slips the punch.
Barnes wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hawke fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barnes manages to avoid it.
Hawke throws a body punch but Barnes moves out of range.
Barnes showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hawke.
Barnes scores with a decent looking hook.

It looks like Blayne Hawke has been cut.
Barnes misses with an uppercut. Hawke saw that one coming.
Hawke takes one to the side of the head.

and Barnes counters with a three punch combo that has Hawke backing up. Hawke nods at Barnes to acknowledge the strikes.
Hawke throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Barnes counter with a right hand.
Barnes misses with a double jab.

Barnes slips a straight right by Hawke.
Barnes lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hawke at a distance.
Hawke dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Barnes lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Hawke has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hawke there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hawke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barnes moves away.
Hawke misses with a two punch combination.
Barnes fails with the takedown.
Hawke scores with a nice strike.
Barnes shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hawke pinned against the cage. Hawke gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hawke takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Hawke slips under a jab.
Donk. Barnes catches Hawke right on the button with a cross.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The fighters circling - Hawke throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A punch lands to the side of Hawke 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Hawke connects with the punch.
Barnes ducks under a wild hook from Hawke.
Barnes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hawke circles away.
Blayne Hawke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Binky Barnes.
A jab from Hawke misses.
Hawke slips a jab and a cross from Barnes.
Hawke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barnes moves away.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Barnes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hawke circles away quickly and effectively.
Barnes slips under a jab from Hawke.
Hawke throws a right hand that misses
and Barnes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Barnes is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hawke had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Barnes bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hawke's head backwards.
Barnes might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Barnes comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hawke stuffs the takedown attempt from Barnes. Barnes gets slowly back to his feet.
Hawke throws a shot from downtown. Barnes moves away and avoids it.
Barnes fails to land with a series of punches.
Hawke misses with a straight left.
Blayne Hawke is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hawke misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Hawke gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Barnes tries to free his leg and advance position but Hawke is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Barnes controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Barnes throws a big right hand that misses.
Barnes wants to control from the top but Hawke keeps moving.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Barnes got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hawke has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Barnes has managed to get both his arms back between Hawke's legs - danger averted.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hawke wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Barnes is now in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Barnes tries to bum rush Hawke with a series of wild strikes but Hawke uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Hawke connects with a body shot.
Hawke fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Barnes on the side of the head.
Hawke slips a straight right by Barnes.
Hawke misses with the combination.
Hawke swings for the body but Barnes moves out of range.
Barnes throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Barnes throws a nice looking combination but Hawke bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hawke stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Hawke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barnes moves away.
Barnes throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hawke counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters circle momentarily. Barnes darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Barnes throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hawke counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Some wild striking there from Barnes.
Barnes swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Hawke to counter with a crisp jab.
Hawke is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Barnes like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Barnes from another fist facial!
