PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dakota Finley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rayn MaClough (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Finley might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Roll With The Punches. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finley misses with a jab, cross combination.

Finley throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. MaClough tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Finley is in MaClough's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Finley's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Finley won't allow MaClough to sweep him here.
Finley wanted to stand there but MaClough had control of the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Finley throws a big right hand that misses.
Finley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for MaClough on the ground.

MaClough has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Finley should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, MaClough has tightened it up now! Finley should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
