The crowd seem to be enjoying Minonzio's choice of entrance music: Metallica Enter Sandman. Jackson Jose is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jose keeps the fight on the outside.

Matteo Minonzio has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Minonzio just misses with a elbow thrown towards Jose's brow.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Matteo Minonzio.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Minonzio shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Jose will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Minonzio drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Minonzio as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Jose screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Minonzio! Nice submission victory there!
