Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwight Elkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reed comes to the cage accompanied by Jean Baptiste Lully - Marche Royale. Elkins has chosen Care Bear Countdown as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed checks the leg kick.

Reed throws a lazy right hand but Elkins sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Elkins explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Reed throws a leg kick but Elkins sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Elkins throws a sloppy head kick and Reed moves out of range easily.

Reed tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Elkins was well out of range. Poor timing from Reed.

Elkins connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Elkins ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Reed is looking to wear down Elkins with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Reed ducks right into an uppercut from Elkins.
Elkins throws a series of punches but Reed avoids them all with ease.

Elkins avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
An inside leg kick from Reed misses.

and Reed counters with a left and a right that stings Elkins.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reed pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Elkins ducks under a wild hook from Reed.
Elkins looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Elkins darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Reed tries to get to full guard but Elkins has control of the leg.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Elkins cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Elkins is landing with some decent strikes but Reed is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
It looks like Oliver Reed has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Reed is trying to escape the mount.
Elkins lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
