A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Metzger.
Metzger doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Coco counters with a single leg into guard. Metzger didn't expect that.
Coco works over Metzger with some ground and pound from guard.
Coco has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Coco stays in close to Metzger's body and controls the position.
Coco throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Coco throws a strike but Metzger rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Coco has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Metzger doesn't defend quickly enough and Coco has managed to lock this one up! Can Metzger escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Coco on a fantastic submission victory.
