Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ras Al Ghul!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Ghul misses with a wild combination.
Al Ghul throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but Al Ghul shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Al Ghul throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The fighters circle momentarily. Jones darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Al Ghul misses with a wild body shot.
Jones scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Jones tries to advance to mount but Al Ghul denies him.
Al Ghul pushes Jones away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Jones gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Jones tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Jones is looking to take a break and control but Al Ghul is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jones prevents Al Ghul from escaping the position.

Jones is trying to get an arm triangle but Al Ghul is defending well.
Al Ghul is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Jones postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Al Ghul avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Jones.
Al Ghul is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Jones asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Al Ghul is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jones is controlling him well.

Jones thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Al Ghul is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Ras Al Ghul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones throws a body punch but Al Ghul moves out of range.
Al Ghul has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jones finds it's way round the side to connect with Al Ghul's head.
A big left from Al Ghul misses.
Jones blocks a head kick by Al Ghul.
Al Ghul rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jones counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jones wants to control from the top but Al Ghul keeps moving.
Jones wants to pass the guard but Al Ghul is keeping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jones prevents Al Ghul from getting back to his feet.
Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Al Ghul swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Al Ghul is wriggling around but Jones manages to pass to half guard.
Jones is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Al Ghul!
Jones has hold of Al Ghul's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Al Ghul manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones won't let Al Ghul get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Jones thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Jones tries to control but Al Ghul wriggling away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Jones dominated that round.

Al Ghul scores with a decent looking hook.
Al Ghul connects with a combination that backs up Jones into the cage. Al Ghul lands a flurry of punches that gets past Jones's guard. Jones is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Al Ghul bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ras Al Ghul!
