Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kenjiro Chiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenjiro Chiba will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mikey Morris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kenjiro Chiba!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Eliza Hachem and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chiba lands a head kick. Morris smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Mikey Morris has been cut.
Chiba throws a sloppy head kick and Morris moves out of range easily.
Morris throws a head kick that misses.
Morris darts in and clinches Chiba up against the cage.
Chiba tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Morris's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Chiba throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Chiba turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Chiba.
Chiba misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Morris darts in and clinches Chiba up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Chiba tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Morris's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Chiba tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Chiba lands a big head kick that sends Morris tumbling to the mat! Chiba takes a step backwards and waves Morris back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Morris is rocked!
Chiba misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Oh Morris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A head kick by Chiba - that's a beauty! Morris is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Chiba can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kenjiro Chiba!
