Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Inspectah Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knuckles connects with a looping right hand.
Horrible takedown by Knuckles or perhaps it was just good defense by Anderson which made him look bad.
Anderson ducks under a wild hook from Knuckles.
Anderson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Anderson walks into a left hand.
Knuckles throws a hook but Anderson avoids it easily.
Anderson misses with a looping right.
Knuckles throws a shot from downtown. Anderson moves away and avoids it.
Anderson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Knuckles really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anderson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Anderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Knuckles throws the left hand but Anderson avoids the punch easily.
Knuckles throws a hook to the side of Anderson's head but Anderson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Knuckles fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Anderson manages to avoid it.
Anderson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Knuckles did well to prevent Anderson getting side control.

Anderson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Knuckles with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
