Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Predir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bjorn Borg Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Predir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bjorn Borg Jr!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Predir on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Borg Jr lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Predir shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Borg Jr defends it nicely.
Predir drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Predir shoots in but Borg Jr avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Horrible takedown by Predir or perhaps it was just good defense by Borg Jr which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Predir. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Borg Jr slaps away a takedown attempt from Predir, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Predir doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Borg Jr, as that shot connected.
Borg Jr getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Borg Jr connects with a single shot there.
Borg Jr sizes up Predir with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Predir drops his hands momentarily and Borg Jr takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Predir avoids a punch combination nicely.
Predir will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Predir fails with a takedown attempt.
Predir is breathing heavily.
Danga de danga de dang - Borg Jr scores with a four punch combination!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Predir throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Borg Jr's waist but Borg Jr gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Predir off to one side.
Jason Predir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Predir takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Borg Jr scores with a one two! Predir had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Borg Jr scores with a jab to the body.
Predir is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Borg Jr.

Borg Jr cracks Predir with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Borg Jr has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Predir to stand back up!

Predir is rocked!

Borg Jr lands a big right hand that sends Predir crashing to the mat! Borg Jr stays standing though and waves Predir back to his feet!
Oh Predir is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Predir. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Borg Jr batters Predir with a massive right followed by a huge left! Predir is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Borg Jr lands a final crushing right hand to drop Predir to the mat with a gruesome thud! Borg Jr is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bjorn Borg Jr!
Bjorn Borg Jr bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
