Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Manuel Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clo Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Green shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Alves is trying to maintain the position but Green is very close to passing his half guard.
Alves wants to get back to his feet.

Green decides to stand and escape the position.

Green shoots in and bounces Alves off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Green stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Alves keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Alves dives in and grabs Green's left leg, looking for a takedown. Green pushes down on Alves's head and hops out.

Alves tries to close the distance and clinch up but Green swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Horrible takedown by Alves or perhaps it was just good defense by Green which made him look bad.

Alves throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Green was covering up waiting for the punch and Alves finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Alves shoots in looking for a takedown. Green tries to sprawl out of it but Alves keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Green manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
