Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Ames (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Laudrup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ames comes into the arena with Ludacris - Get Back blaring out of the sound system. Laudrup has chosen U2- Zoo Station as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ames bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Laudrup's head backwards.

Ames has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The crowd cheers as Laudrup lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ames doesn't seem phased though.
