Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benedikt Pushkar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Putin comes to the cage accompanied by .... These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pushkar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pushkar feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Putin looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Pushkar puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Putin is trying to stand up here but Pushkar is controlling him well.
Pushkar thows a huge punch but Putin dodges it nicely.

Pushkar cracks Putin with a big right hand but Putin just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Pushkar is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Putin's shoulder. That is not cool.
Oh Putin is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Putin is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pushkar cracks Putin with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Pushkar immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Putin is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Pushkar!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Benedikt Pushkar!
