PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pikku Paavo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marsh has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. On his way into the cage it seems that Pikku Paavo has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Pikku Paavo seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paavo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Marsh on the side of the head.

It looks like Randy Marsh has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Paavo. Marsh does a little dance to reset his feet.

Paavo gets a clinch.
Paavo works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Marsh looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Paavo breaks the clinch.
Paavo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Paavo scores with a sloppy right hand. Marsh should have avoided that one.

That has opened up Randy Marsh's cut even more.

Paavo lands a big right hand that sends Marsh crashing to the mat! Paavo stays standing though and waves Marsh back to his feet!

Paavo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Paavo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Marsh moves away.

Paavo clinches up with Marsh and pushes him back against the cage.
Marsh seems to have recovered his senses.
Paavo scores with a shot to the side of Marsh's head.

The cut above Randy Marsh's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Randy Marsh's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Paavo drops Marsh onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Marsh is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
