Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bogdon Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Star (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haze comes to the ring accompanied by Mother. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Daniel Cesar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haze tries to clinch there but Star circles away.
Haze throws a big shot that misses.
Haze throws a right and a left that Star avoids nicely.
Haze keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Haze misses with the combination.
Star avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Haze misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Haze wants to clinch.
Star throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Haze's waist but Haze gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Star off to one side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haze lands with an uppercut that bounces Star off the ropes and back into rage.

It looks like Scott Star has been cut.
Haze misses with a jab, cross combination.

Star looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Star is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Haze defends it well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Haze won't allow Star to pass to mount.
Haze tries to roll over but Star keeps him under control.
Haze is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Star is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Star seems to be looking for submissions.
Star is tying to control. Haze wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Star wants to advance to full mount but Haze doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Star looks gassed!
Haze is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Star preventing the sweep.

Star drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Haze dives on top into guard.

Haze is sitting in close to Star's body. Star has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Haze is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Haze is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Star.
