Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rand al Thor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Clem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clem has chosen Symphony X- as his entrance music. Rand al Thor could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Bubba Clem's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bubba Clem!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
al Thor tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Clem throws a shot to the body.
al Thor walks into a stiff left hand from Clem.
al Thor scores with a body shot.
Clem connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Clem takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

al Thor gets caught napping as Clem dives in and scores a takedown. al Thor manages to retain guard.

al Thor controls Clem momentarily but Clem frees himself.
Clem trying to control the position from guard on top but al Thor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Clem pushes down on al Thor's leg and manages to get into half guard.
al Thor is concentrating on defense, preventing Clem from advancing position.
Clem wants to pass the guard but al Thor is defending well.

al Thor avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Clem.
Clem not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Clem is taking a breather. al Thor says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
al Thor is not content to let Clem control the position.
Clem thows a huge punch but al Thor dodges it nicely.

Clem is controlling the pace.
Clem sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. al Thor defending well though.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Clem fails with a takedown attempt.
Sloppy strikes from Clem. Those never looked like landing.
al Thor walks into a jab.
Clem is looking to slow al Thor down with leg kicks.
al Thor tests Clem's chin there with a solid looking shot.
al Thor steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Clem.

Clem lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

A lazy body kick from al Thor
and Clem counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Clem steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from al Thor. That one must have hurt.
al Thor scores with a head kick.
Clem lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Rand al Thor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
al Thor misses with a looping left.
al Thor takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
al Thor slips under a jab.
A solid leg kick lands there for Clem.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Clem scores with a leg kick.

Clem tries to keep at a distance but al Thor has taken the fight into the clinch.
Clem misses with a body punch.
Clem tries to stall but al Thor uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Clem breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

al Thor tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Clem connects with a solid leg kick.
Clem moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
al Thor avoids a kick to the body.
Clem works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
al Thor tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Rand al Thor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
al Thor on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Clem. Clem obviously looking to wear him down.
al Thor takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
al Thor tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Clem was well out of range. Poor timing from al Thor.
A jab from Clem does it's job there.

and al Thor takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
al Thor misses with a low kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Clem delivers a nice body kick.
al Thor takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Clem is looking to clinch but al Thor is avoiding it.
al Thor throws out a leg kick but Clem moves out of range and al Thor only half commits.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bubba Clem dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

al Thor ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A punch lands to the side of Clem 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Clem swings for the body but al Thor moves out of range.
Clem throws an overhand right that lands on al Thor's shoulder, as al Thor tries to avoid the shot.
al Thor staying out of range there.
Clem cracks al Thor with an open hand slap.
al Thor is looking to score with low kicks.
Nice defenses there by Clem.
al Thor tests Clem's chin there with a solid looking shot.
al Thor throws a hook to the side of Clem's head but Clem sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
al Thor looks for the body kick but Clem saw that one coming.
al Thor throws out a loose jab but Clem uses good head movement to avoid it.

Clem looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for al Thor!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clem trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Clem is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. al Thor can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
al Thor wants to control but Clem is having none of it.
al Thor holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Clem tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Clem lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Clem throws some wild stikes that al Thor manages to avoid easily.
Clem has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Clem fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Poor strikes thrown by Clem there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Clem postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have al Thor in real trouble here! The ref calls for al Thor to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
