Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rydolf Karel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marty Mcghee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karel comes to the cage accompanied by Hail Czech. Mcghee comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Prodigy - Smack My Bitch Up kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Karel rushes Mcghee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Karel has picked Mcghee up - he's going for a ride! Karel dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Mcghee moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Mcghee lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Karel!

That's time! Karel's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Karel takes one to the chin there.
Mcghee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Karel's waist but Karel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mcghee off to one side.

Karel feints and as Mcghee raises his hands in defense, Karel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Karel is fighting to break Mcghee's control of his arms but Mcghee is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Karel slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Karel ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Mcghee gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Karel to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Mcghee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Karel can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mcghee is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Karel stays in close to Mcghee's body and controls the position.

Mcghee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
