DaMarcus Saint has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Christopher Sharp's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saint tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Saint scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Sharp scores with a jab. Saint acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Sharp lands with a good body shot.
Saint uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sharp.
Sharp misses with a wild body shot.
Sharp swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sharp lands a jab-cross combination.
Saint closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Saint stuffs the takedown attempt from Sharp. Sharp gets slowly back to his feet.
Saint tries to land a leg kick but Sharp saw it coming and moves away.
Saint throws out a leg kick but Sharp moves out of range and Saint only half commits.

Saint's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sharp connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Saint scrambles back to his feet.

Saint tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sharp was well out of range. Poor timing from Saint.
A nice leg kick lands there from Saint.
Saint takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Saint looks for the body kick but Sharp saw that one coming.
Saint fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Sharp checks it well.

Sharp dips to his left and cracks Saint with an uppercut!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sharp, as that shot connected.

Sharp clinches up with Saint and pushes him back against the cage.
Sharp lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Saint goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Saint tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sharp avoids it.
Saint struggles to land a body shot inside as Sharp controls his hands.

Sharp digs a right hand into Saint's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Saint's gas tank.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sharp misses with a hook to the ribs.

Sharp manages to break the clinch.

Sharp gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Sharp looks to score with a jab to the body but Saint is just out of range.
Saint buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Saint moves in looking to clinch but Sharp pushes him off.
Sharp swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Saint throws out a powerful jab.
Saint is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Sharp throws a shot from downtown. Saint moves away and avoids it.

Sharp lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Saint.
Saint fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Sharp drops his hands momentarily and Saint takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Saint takes a swing at Sharp's ribcage but misses.

and Sharp connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sharp avoids the body shot from Saint.
Saint throws a solid leg kick but Sharp takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Saint.
Sharp takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Saint has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Saint there as he acknowledges the shot.
Sharp scores with a nice right hand.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Saint scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Sharp doesn't seem bothered though.
Sharp is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Sharp lands with a right hand.
Saint throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

That was a close round but I would say that Christopher Sharp will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Saint drops Sharp with a beautiful combination! Sharp stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Saint is looking for the KO!

Saint cracks Sharp with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Sharp tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Saint pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sharp is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
