Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ward Cee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emmett Cole!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cole misses with a hook. Cee ducked under it nicely.

Cee drives through with a takedown into Cole's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Cole keeping moving, preventing Cee from controlling successfully.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Cole can do anything to dispel that myth.
Cee is really struggling to control Cole but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Cee trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cee trying to control but Cole is working from the bottom.
Cole is looking to stand up but Cee isn't so interested in that idea.
Cee wants to control from the top but Cole keeps moving.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ward Cee wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Cole misses with a takedown attempt - Cee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

A big left from Cole misses.
Cole closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cee circles away.
Cee fails with the takedown.
Cee slips a straight right by Cole.
Cole misses with an uppercut. Cee saw that one coming.
Cole throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cee counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Cee shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cole is trying to defend but Cee finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Cole really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cee wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cole keeps working.

Cole looks like he's trying to stand up.
Cee trying to control the action but Cole is working from the bottom.

Cole is defending against the submission attempts here by Cee.

Cee looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Cole is in trouble now - Cee has advanced to mount!

Cee looking to control but Cole is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Cee looking to secure an arm triangle but Cole defends it well.
Cee takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Cee quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Cee but it's paid off an Cole is forced to tap! Nice work by Cee.
