The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Myagi tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Bandito manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bandito scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Hiro Myagi has been cut.
Myagi tries to clinch but Bandito is having none of it.

Myagi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Bandito paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A slow jab from Bandito misses its intended target.

Bandito throws a looping overhand right but Myagi ducks down to avoid it.
Hiro Myagi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bandito works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Myagi throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

and Bandito counters with a nice body shot.
Bandito throws a jab when Myagi was well out of range.

Myagi looks gassed!
Bandito scores with a jab. Myagi acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Myagi tries a head kick but it misses.
Myagi takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Bandito lands an overhand right.

That has opened up Hiro Myagi's cut even more.
Bandito circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Myagi tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Bandito wins by KO!
