Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeremy Truong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Phillip Schreiber!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schreiber misses with a straight right.
Schreiber looks to land a combination but Truong avoids it well.
Schreiber shoots for a double leg takedown but Truong sprawls well. He's pushed Schreiber's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Truong tries to bum rush Schreiber with a series of wild strikes but Schreiber uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Truong swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Schreiber sizes up Truong with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Truong uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Schreiber.
Schreiber scores with the left hand. Truong knows he should have avoided that one.
Schreiber throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Truong's waist but Truong gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Schreiber off to one side.
A jab from Schreiber does it's job there.
Schreiber cracks Truong with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Truong swinging wildly here.
Schreiber misses with a jab, cross combination.
Schreiber tries for a takedown but Truong sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jeremy Truong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phillip Schreiber.
Schreiber will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice uppercut there from Truong.
It looks like Phillip Schreiber has been cut.

Truong tries a head kick but it misses.
Schreiber throws a series of punches but Truong moves out of range.
Schreiber swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Truong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Schreiber.
Truong missing with a left hand there. Schreiber was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Truong looks to land a combination but Schreiber avoids it well.
Jeremy Truong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Truong lands a left and a right that send Schreiber crashing to the mat, dazed. Truong thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Schreiber is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Truong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Schreiber is still on wobbly legs! Can Truong finish him?
Truong grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Schreiber takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Truong cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
