PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Derek Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Imma Armoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The One. Imma Armoff has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown stuffs the takedown.

Brown throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Armoff tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Brown is in Armoff's guard.

Brown had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Armoff defends it easily.

Brown escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Armoff gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Armoff tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brown sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Armoff somewhat.

Armoff closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brown did well to prevent Armoff getting side control.

This one could be over very soon! Armoff goes limp - he's gone! Brown jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
