The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams fails to land with a series of punches.
Left hook, right uppercut from Adams.

It looks like Havel Novotyn has been cut.
Novotyn slips a jab and a cross from Adams.
Adams throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Novotyn misses with a takedown attempt - Adams sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Adams throws a nice outside leg kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Novotyn checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Lawrance Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Adams throws a one two combo.

Oooooh!!! Adams has knocked Novotyn down with a huge combo! Adams steps away and waves a wobbly Novotyn back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Adams leaves Novotyn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Novotyn tests Adams's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Novotyn gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Adams points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Novotyn wakes up just in time to hear Adams thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

A relieved looking Lawrance Adams thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
