The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Boldin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ewing doesn't seem phased though.
A nice inside leg kick there by Boldin. That's going to slow Ewing down.
Ewing pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ewing avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ewing motions for Boldin to come forward. Ewing throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Boldin looks to land a body kick but Ewing moved away.
Boldin tests Ewing's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ewing pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Boldin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boldin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ewing. Ewing obviously looking to wear him down.

Ewing pushes Boldin up against the cage in a clinch.

Ewing throws a body kick that misses

and Boldin counters with a head kick that drops Ewing - he's looking to finish, following his stunned foe to the ground!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Boldin decides to return to a standing position.

Boldin darts in and clinches Ewing up against the cage.

Ewing closes the distance and clinches.
Boldin tries to land knees in the clinch but Ewing avoids the damage to the body.
Still in the clinch, Boldin scores with a nice short uppercut.

Boldin landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Ewing looks gassed!

Boldin manages to break the clinch.
Ewing takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Boldin lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Boldin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Boldin feints and then cracks Ewing's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ewing down.

A big head kick from Boldin and Ewing is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Raul Ewing has been cut.
Boldin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Ewing's guard.

Boldin gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Ewing stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Boldin.
Boldin scores with a kick to the body.
Ewing blocks a head kick by Boldin.

Boldin closes the distance and clinches.
Boldin lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Boldin lands a knee to the head.

Boldin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Boldin walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Ewing drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Boldin swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Ewing's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
