Sloppy strikes from Bennett. Those never looked like landing.
Bennett is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Bennett misses with a double jab
and Aldo counters with a good low kick that Bennett was not able to check.
Bennett throws a combination that misses
and Aldo counters with a one-two to the body.
Bennett falls off balance throwing a combination
and Aldo counters with a crisp one two that drops Bennett! Aldo thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bennett to his feet! Bennett is in big trouble!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bennett throws a left and a right that both miss
and as Bennett loses concentration momentarily, Aldo counters with a picture perfect head kick! Bennett goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
