Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Macku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Rook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rook has chosen Mr Krinkle as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rook just misses with a punch to the body.
Macku lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Rook throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Macku scores with a jab. Rook acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Rook shoots in for a takedown but Macku shows good takedown defense.
Rook thuds his right hand into Macku's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
It looks like Adam Macku has been cut.
Rook looks to score with a jab to the body but Macku is just out of range.
Macku scores with a shot to the body.
Rook misses with a jab, cross combination.
Macku is looking to slow Rook down with leg kicks.

Rook missing with a left hand there. Macku was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Rook throws a hook but Macku blocks it.
Rook shoots in but no luck this time.
Macku uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rook has time to react.
Rook connects with a jab.
Rook shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Macku defends it nicely.
Adam Macku has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuri Rook.
Sloppy strikes from Rook. Those never looked like landing.

Rook is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Rook misses with a takedown attempt - Macku sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Rook is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Macku.

Macku tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rook wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Rook tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Macku manages to work his way to half guard, despite Rook's best efforts.

Macku wants to get back to full guard.
Rook is thwarting Macku's attempts to control the position.
Macku keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Rook is looking to pass Macku's guard but actually Macku recovers to full guard.

Rook sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Macku's guard.
Macku is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rook's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rook's back!
Rook trying to control the action but Macku just sinks the hooks in.
Macku is trying to stick to Rook's back but Rook is turning into Macku. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Macku's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Rook.

Rook drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rook jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Macku working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rook doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Macku is tightening it up a little... Rook has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Rook reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Rook taps out! Nice BJJ there by Macku!
