Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fresenius James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Deejay Vendetta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vendetta has chosen Soilwork - Nerve as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James gets caught flat footed, as Vendetta shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Vendetta postures up in James's guard and throws a big left but James blocks it.
Vendetta wants to stand and escape but instead James has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Vendetta has a closed guard, preventing James from standing up.
Vendetta wants to stand up but James is controlling him.
Vendetta is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Vendetta is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and James defends well.
Vendetta is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
James won't allow Vendetta to get back to his feet.
James tries to stand but Vendetta is controlling from the bottom.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vendetta working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. James doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. James manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vendetta had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. James defends it easily.
James has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Vendetta to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! James is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Vendetta pulls down on the head and he's put James to sleep! This one is all over!
