Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diogo Pinto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Din Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pinto comes to the cage accompanied by Do you really want to hurt me. Thomas has chosen Two Steps from Hell as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinto tries to land a leg kick but Thomas saw it coming and moves away.
Pinto throws a body kick that misses.
Thomas pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pinto back to the cage. Thomas follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Diogo Pinto has been cut.
Thomas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Pinto clinches with his opponent.
Pinto lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

It looks like Din Thomas has been cut.
Pinto scores a nice knee to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thomas goes for a takedown attempt but Pinto pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Thomas ducks right into an uppercut from Pinto.

Pinto moves into the clinch.
Thomas changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Pinto fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Thomas misses with a series of wild punches.
Thomas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pinto as he avoids it easily.
Diogo Pinto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Din Thomas.
Pinto throws a head kick that misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Thomas is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pinto.
Pinto connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Thomas's hands.

Thomas is rocked!
Thomas is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Pinto doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Thomas crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Thomas's bad books for that mishap!
