Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Coature (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coature has chosen 8th and Blues as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong throws a push kick but Coature slaps the foot to one side.

Coature tries to keep at a distance but Armstrong has taken the fight into the clinch.
Armstrong misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Coature takes a shot to the head.
Coature wants a takedown.
Armstrong prevents Coature from breaking the clinch.

Armstrong lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Coature backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Armstrong prevents Coature from breaking the clinch.

That kick from Armstrong tenderised Coature's leg. Coature is trying to keep his angry face on.
Armstrong tries to clinch up but Coature circles away and keeps his distance.
Armstrong tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Coature manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Coature crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Armstrong - the referee stops the clock and Coature gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Armstrong. Coature manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Armstrong lands a big uppercut and Coature crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Coature looks OK. Armstrong waves Coature back to his feet!
Armstrong feints and then cracks Coature's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Coature down.

Armstrong closes the distance and clinches.

Armstrong stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Armstrong stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Coature wants to stay close but Armstrong steps back to make room for something. Coature seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Armstrong and Coature drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
