Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mister Spock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spock comes to the cage accompanied by Rolling Stones- 2000 Light Years. dos Santos is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Daft Punk - Harder Better Faster Stronger. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dos Santos fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Spock fakes high and swings low for a body shot but dos Santos manages to avoid it.
Spock gets a clinch.
Spock landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Spock content to slow the pace in the clinch.
dos Santos can't break the clinch.
dos Santos has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Spock is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Come on dos Santos - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

dos Santos breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Good leg kick by Spock there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Spock scores with a hook to the body. dos Santos takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

dos Santos shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
dos Santos throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

dos Santos wants to control the action but instead Spock gets a body lock and reverses into dos Santos's guard! Nice work!
dos Santos keeping moving, preventing Spock from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
dos Santos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Spock is controlling him.
Spock engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
dos Santos has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
dos Santos had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Spock defends it easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Spock got a little sloppy there for a moment and dos Santos has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Spock has managed to get both his arms back between dos Santos's legs - danger averted.

Spock slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
dos Santos is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Spock defends well.
Spock stops dos Santos from standing up.
dos Santos is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Spock avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

dos Santos wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Spock is now in half guard.
dos Santos tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Spock has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
dos Santos keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
dos Santos tries to hold on but Spock pushes him away.
You get the feeling that dos Santos really doesn't like being in this position too much.

dos Santos tries to lock up and control but Spock gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

dos Santos is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
dos Santos is looking to improve his position but Spock isn't that keen on the idea.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rafael dos Santos will probably get the nod.

Spock wants to hold on but dos Santos pushes him away.
Spock is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. dos Santos locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Spock is forced to tap!
