PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaylin Acker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Acker might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Motto. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaylin Acker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Turner shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Turner was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Acker closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Turner quickly recovers to half guard.
Turner has hold of Acker's hands but Acker slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Turner throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Well Acker has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
