The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jackson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stone moves away.
A shot to the body from Jackson misses
and Stone counters with a straight right hand.
Jackson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Stone's hands.
Jackson misses the shot to the body.
Stone scores with a jab. Jackson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Stone throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Stone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Stone throws a shot from downtown. Jackson moves away and avoids it.
The fighters circling - Jackson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Jackson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stone's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Jackson is in close to Stone's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jackson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jackson wants to control from the top but Stone keeps moving.

Stone seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Jackson cracks Stone with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Jackson immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Stone is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Jackson!
