Sagdiyev comes to the cage accompanied by Mamaliga. Savagery has chosen We must become One as his entrance music. Henry Savagery has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagdiyev dodges the punch combination from Savagery .
Savagery displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sagdiyev throws out the jab.

Donk. Sagdiyev catches Savagery right on the button with a cross.
Sagdiyev clobbers Savagery with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Savagery tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sagdiyev paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Savagery throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sagdiyev's waist but Sagdiyev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Savagery off to one side.

A nice leg kick lands there from Sagdiyev.

Savagery shoots for a takedown but Sagdiyev saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Borat Sagdiyev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henry Savagery .

Savagery looks to land a combination but Sagdiyev avoids it well.

Savagery closes the distance and pushes Sagdiyev back into the cage.
Sagdiyev lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Savagery has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sagdiyev is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Sagdiyev lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Sagdiyev can't find room to land a body shot as Savagery controls the action.
Savagery jumps guard but Sagdiyev turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Savagery shoots in and drives through. Sagdiyev sprawls well.
Savagery throws a sloppy head kick and Sagdiyev moves out of range easily.
Sagdiyev moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Savagery misses with the combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Sagdiyev changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Savagery looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Savagery is looking for a sweep.
Savagery controls the position for a moment.

Sagdiyev decides to stand back up. Sagdiyev steps back and let's Savagery get back to his feet.

Sagdiyev stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Sagdiyev scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Savagery takes one on the button.

The fight stays on the outside here - Savagery looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sagdiyev lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Savagery is looking to close the distance but Sagdiyev sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Savagery crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Savagery is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Borat Sagdiyev decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
