Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Odin Takoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lex Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takoy comes to the cage accompanied by Daft Punk - End of Line. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black lands with a slapping head kick.
It looks like Odin Takoy has been cut.
Takoy has managed to clinch.
Takoy breaks from the clinch.
Black keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Takoy.

It looks like Lex Black has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Black tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Takoy counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Black ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Decent striking displayed by Takoy there.

No joy there for Takoy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Black throws a head kick but Takoy moves out of range.

and Takoy counters with a left hand that sends Black to the canvas!
Black is rocked!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Takoy looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Odin Takoy just wasn't active enough.
Takoy cracks a nice hook into Black's ribs.
Black looks gassed!
Black throws a lazy head kick
and Takoy counters with a right hand that sends Black tumbling to the canvas! Can Takoy finish him? He dives into Black's guard looking to do just that!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Takoy decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Black, up you get!

and Takoy counters with a big right hand! Oh Black is in trouble here! Takoy follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
