Rooney has chosen Belfast Boy as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that SasH Hemingway has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily SasH Hemingway seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Hemingway gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Rooney counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rooney.

Rooney got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hemingway has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rooney has managed to get both his arms back between Hemingway's legs - danger averted.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hemingway is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Rooney rolls with it to try and escape but Hemingway cranks on the arm and Rooney is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
