The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mansen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Mansen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mansen lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Johnson quite badly. Johnson pulls Mansen in close trying to recover. Mansen postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Johnson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Johnson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gergu Mansen!
A very excited looking Gergu Mansen rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
