Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Noel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksandr Glazkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Noel comes to the cage accompanied by Rob S. - Forever Yong. Glazkov has chosen The Chemical Brothers - Leave Home as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ryan Noel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aleksandr Glazkov!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Thiago Cunha and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noel thows a body shot but no joy.

Noel tries to keep at a distance but Glazkov has taken the fight into the clinch.

Glazkov manages to break the clinch.
Glazkov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Noel.
Glazkov fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Noel is out of range.
Glazkov throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Glazkov shoots in looking for a takedown but Noel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Glazkov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Noel moves out of range of the body kick from Glazkov.
Glazkov throws a right and a left that Noel avoids nicely.
Noel wants to clinch.
Glazkov shoots in for a takedown but Noel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Noel throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Glazkov's waist but Glazkov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Noel off to one side.

Noel tries to score a power double leg takedown but Glazkov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Noel somewhat.
The crowd cheers as Glazkov lands an impressive looking overhand right. Noel doesn't seem phased though.
Glazkov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Noel darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Glazkov has a hand on Noel's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Noel takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Noel is looking to take a break and control but Glazkov is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Glazkov is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Noel might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Glazkov is trying to maintain the position but Noel is very close to passing his half guard.

Noel wants to take a breather but Glazkov is having none of it.

Glazkov is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Noel pulls his head out easily.
Noel winds up and cracks Glazkov with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Glazkov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Noel is working away from the top position though.

Noel is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Noel prevents Glazkov from improving his position.

That was a close round but I would say that Ryan Noel will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
