Miguel shoots and misses

and Groenberg counters by moving into the clinch.
Groenberg cracks Miguel with a nice body shot.

Groenberg is trying to trip Miguel. He has hold of a leg but Miguel is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Groenberg persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Groenberg postures up in Miguel's guard and throws a big left but Miguel blocks it.

Miguel has momentary wrist control but Groenberg slips an elbow through the middle.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Miguel is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Groenberg has his hands clasped together but Miguel extends an breaks Groenberg's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Miguel.
