Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dominickoy Maia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toma Takahara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maia comes into the arena with techno viking blaring out of the sound system. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takahara misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Maia avoids the head kick by Takahara.
Maia shoots in and drives through. Takahara sprawls well.
Maia misses with a takedown attempt - Takahara sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Takahara scores with a one two! Maia had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Dominickoy Maia has been cut.
Maia doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Maia takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dominickoy Maia. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Takahara cracks the inside of Maia's front leg.
Maia takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A nice leg kick lands there from Takahara.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Takahara throws a nice outside leg kick.
Crunch! Takahara slams his shin into Maia's torso.

Maia takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Maia is rocked!
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Maia. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Takahara cracks Maia with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Maia falls to his knees and Takahara doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
